Oral Presentations – Overview

The optimal format for oral presentations in PowerPoint is 16:9 (widescreen). Oral presenters up-load presentations in the Speaker Preview Room at least 4 hours prior to their session start time, preferably during a refreshment break.
Contributed oral presentations will be 15 minutes in length, including 3 minutes for questions. Invited presentations are allocated 30 minutes including at least 5 minutes for questions.

Poster Presentations – Overview

***Please note that the poster format IS DIFFERENT FROM PREVIOUS YEARS.***
Poster boards are 2m high x 1m wide.  Posters therefore must be printed A0 in size. A0 has the dimensions Width 841mm x Height 1189 mm. Click here for further dimension help.
A0 posters MUST be produced in portrait style. Velcro will be provided at each board to hang your posters.
We recommend printing your poster on paper and not on fabric.
