Rachel Druckenmiller is on a mission to humanize the workplace. She is a catalyst who brings out the best in

Rachel is an award-winning and nationally recognized thought leader, speaker, and change agent with over a dozen years of experience in the field of workplace wellbeing and culture. She has guided numerous organizations to earn recognition as “top workplaces” and “healthy employers”. She trains leadership teams to be more self-aware, curious and connected, so they can have greater impact and influence at their organizations. Some of her past clients include Deloitte, Under Armour, and the American Heart Association.

In 2019, Rachel was recognized as a 40 Under 40 Game Changer by Workforce Magazine, and Employ Humanity named her one of “7 Wellness Leaders Making a Positive Impact” in 2018. She was named the #1 Health Promotion Professional in the United States in 2015. Rachel is one of the founding members of the international nonprofit, Global Women 4 Wellbeing (GW4W), and speaks to women’s leadership teams about how to be more confident and courageous.
