IEEE ARGENCON is a biennial Congress which is organized regularly between local Universities and the IEEE Argentine Section. In the previous editions it has achieved great interest on the scientific and technological community, spreading and showing at national level the latest results of researches and developments in all areas of engineering, such as electricity, electronics, informatics, biometrics and industrial ones.

​IEEE ARGENCON 2022 will be the sixth edition and it will be held from the 7^th to 9^th of September of 2022 in the Province of San Juan. It is co-organized by the Argentine Section of the IEEE, the Institute of Electric Energy (IEE) of the National University of San Juan (UNSJ)/CONICET, and the University of Palermo.

This sixth edition is organized with the hybrid modality (face-to-face/virtual) and it will embrace two days of pre-congress activities and three days of oral lectures, plenary lectures, debating panels and posters. In addition, there will be different lecture/presentations given by Distinguished Speakers from around the world.

Las ediciones previas de IEEE ARGENCON editions were carried out in Cordoba (2012) with the National University of Cordoba; San Carlos de Bariloche (2014) with the University of Río Negro; Buenos Aires (2018) with the National Technological University and Resistencia (2020) with the National Technological University. In these previous meetings we succeeded in gaining great interest on behalf of the scientific and technological community, spreading and showing the latest results from researches and developments in the different branches of engineering.

Technical Program

ARGENCON 2022 will consist of two days of pre-congress activities (5^th and 6^th of September 2022) and three days of lecturers, plenary lecturers, panels of discussion and posters.
