Oscar SchmitzOscar Schmitz is an Information Systems Engineer from UTN and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCEMA. Ontological Coach–Higher Technician (ICEBA)–Ambassador for Argentina of OpenEXO (Transformation in Exponential Organizations). He has experience in management and business related to IT, leading and developing transformational models of the organization. Strong management skills, people and result oriented coaching, change management and digital transformation. Strong knowledge of the business oriented to the improvement of added value based on technological innovation solutions. Focus on business-oriented strategy and systems. Ease to organize, direct and lead multidisciplinary teams under transformational contexts. Since 1992, he has performed functions related to the area of technological innovation and business management, specializing in the financial industry, government entities and technology companies in management and board advisory positions. As of 2004, he integrates work teams of a high professional level, sharing, collaborating and debating topics of interest for the C-Level. Since 2007, he has been working as an Executive Coach Mentor in Innovation, Personal and Organizational Transformation, where he developed integration activities, improvements and professional and academic growth through the leadership and coordination of work teams made up of the first and second lines of C-Level management. Since 1998 he has been working as a graduate and postgraduate university professor. He is an active participant as a congressman, evangelist, moderator and panelist in executive meetings in Latam.
