Oscar Schmitz is an Information Systems Engineer from UTN and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCEMA. Ontological Coach–Higher Technician (ICEBA)–Ambassador for Argentina of OpenEXO (Transformation in Exponential Organizations). He has experience in management and business related to IT, leading and developing transformational models of the organization. Strong management skills, people and result oriented coaching, change management and digital transformation. Strong knowledge of the business oriented to the improvement of added value based on technological innovation solutions. Focus on business-oriented strategy and systems. Ease to organize, direct and lead multidisciplinary teams under transformational contexts. Since 1992, he has performed functions related to the area of ​​technological innovation and business management, specializing in the financial industry, government entities and technology companies in management and board advisory positions. As of 2004, he integrates work teams of a high professional level, sharing, collaborating and debating topics of interest for the C-Level.
